The Green Bay Packers selected Jordan Love in the first round of the 2020 NFL Draft.   This choice was closely watched because Aaron Rodgers was still bound to the team for the foreseeable future at the time.

Rodgers won back-to-back MVP trophies in the following two years (some speculate that his draft pick served as motivation). But after the 2022 campaign, it was time for both parties to part company. Love has the chance to show the NFL and Packers supporters that selecting him first overall was a wise decision.

Love completed the 2023 season with over 4,000 yards of passing, over 30 touchdowns, and 11 interceptions. The Packers also failed to make it to the NFC Championship game by a margin of three points. Jordan Love is undoubtedly a leader and someone the club looks up to as we approach the upcoming season. Fans took attention when he said something about popular cornerback Jaire Alexander for that reason.
