Following the release of Cam Sutton on Wednesday, the Detroit Lions may be in the market for a third cornerback.

The team had added two at the beginning of free agency. The Lions could look to any of these five cornerbacks to cover their hole in the secondary:

Prior to the start of free agency, the Kansas City Chiefs placed Sneed on the non-exclusive franchise tag; yet, it is said that they are prepared to deal their best cornerback. Sneed is coming off his best season as a professional, but he has always been a reliable performer. In addition to helping the Chiefs win the Super Bowl last season, he had two interceptions and fourteen passes defensed.
